In addition to his role as a digital currency advocate and one of the first lawyers in the bitcoin space, Mr. Hopkins is lead counsel in virtual currency litigation in Florida and New Jersey in two well-publicized cases.

Christopher will be speaking about the risks of litigation, how start-ups and virtual currency companies can defend/protect themselves, and discuss where crypto-companies go wrong.

This is a hands-on, specific-to-bitcoin hour of legal analysis.  This is under Track 2, Business.
